Day to day I plan, write, teach and lead our teams to strive with all of God's energy to accomplish the mission He has set before us. My life's focus, and the focus of my role, is for God's people to be equipped and God's church to flourish.

Spanish Speaking Pastor

My role is to provide strategic spiritual direction for the Spanish speaking community. In this capacity, I lead our Spanish speaking congregation in equipping and supporting the saints in the mission of God. I also lead the Fellowship of Adult Christians Team Shiloh (FACTS) in monthly meeting as well promote youth collaboration among the area churches.
Ricky Kimzey joined the Shiloh team in September of 1999 after 21 years as minister of music at Bethlehem MB church where he also began a Hispanic work. Bro. Ricky enjoys his work with the Spanish speaking congregation. He also loves working with the Shiloh seniors group. He was married for over 31 years to his wonderful wife, Patsy, who he lost to cancer in 2012. Bro. Ricky has two daughters, Sarah and Hannah. His son-in-law, Derek Middleton, is married to Sarah.

As Executive Pastor, I am passionate about teaching and leading the church in authentic, purposeful worship that is rich in theology, expression and mission. I see myself as one who mentors and encourages musicians of all skills.  My hope for the Shiloh is that we would be a worshiping people, compelled by the person of Jesus and His Gospel.
James Foster joined the leadership team in September  2011. Bro. James has been associated with Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church since 1966. Along with leading music, he contributes to the spiritual growth of the membership through the Berean Sunday School Class. Outside of church, James serves as the Director of Instructional Technology for the Russellville School District where he instructs teachers in the effective use of technology in the classroom. He enjoys traveling and studying history. ​

As the College Pastor/MBSF Director on Arkansas Tech University Campus, I have the honor of leading our college students to study and serve our great God. I get to work with music, Bible studies, and service projects in addition to simple developing relationships with the students. At MBSF, we strive to grow in loving God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
